    Your highest outcome from any session is a culmination of the new awareness you’re given, the energetic support you receive and the action you take.

  • Containers are custom plans meant for those who are navigating a pivotal season or life transition. The timing of each session is attuned to your circumstances and advised by your Spirit Guides, meaning - your Guides will be working closely with us throughout the container to ensure you’re receiving timely insights & energy clearings as you navigate your transition. This can include up to 12 one hour sessions within a 3 month period and personal checkins with you outside of sessions.

  • We call in your Spirit Guides when we assess whether to accept your request. Sometimes Guides will decline if it’s not in your highest alignment to receive the requested information. Guides aim to expand us, and lovingly challenge us, but will never provide information to our detriment, or if we’re meant to go through our own discovery process.

  • In any given session, you can potentially receive any or all of the following:

    • Energetic support (clearings, dissolving of contracts, soul piece or essence retrieval)

    • Clarity on your desired topics, and the reason for that clarity

    • Guidance on next steps you can take, and the reason for that guidance

    Note that outcomes depend on what your Guides feel is necessary to support you with based on your circumstance and what’s relevant at the time.

  • No topic is off limits.

    Relationships — to self, to others, to your work, to your community. Resolving conflicts or creating deeper alignments.

    Love — insights for calling in your aligned partner, how to shift in relationship.

    Career — starting your own business, checking on your existing business, pivoting, navigating challenges, networking.

    Home — whether your location or home is aligned, creating energetic improvements in the home.

    Spiritual Activations — where and if your gifts are blocked, clarity on dreams and spiritual experiences. Universal information.

    Health — without being medical advice, health issues can be inquired about with multiple layers potentially being revealed.

    How Do I Know Myself More — understanding self, self-realization, lifestyle changes.

  • If we haven’t gotten to your session yet, you can add new context with different questions. We do not allow refunds. Because you reached out there’s probably other things you need clarity on. When sessions are approved, your Guides are consulted - and advise us on whether a session for you is supportive.

    • 15min expedited session = within 24 hours (*return clients only)

    • 15min standard sessions = within 72 hours

    • 30min and 1hr standard sessions = within 7-10 business days

    • Containers = within 24 hours, but the goal is as soon as possible

  • We’ll assess within 2 hours, between 9am-6pm MST, whether or not we can accept your session.

    If accepted, session notes will be sent within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to send notes as quickly as possible, and communicate expectations if we can accept the session.

  • These transmissions are received and explored within a sacred container, with their integrity as the highest priority.
